- TJ is a Marist College graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine, Health and Biology. At Marist, TJ studied as an Athletic Trainer and interned with many collegiate and high school sports including basketball, soccer, lacrosse and baseball. TJ was also a four year member of the Marist Football team where he played two years and was a player assistant for the following two. TJ is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As an experienced sports performance coach, TJ has trained a wide variety of athletes ranging from youth to professional athletes. Currently, TJ is a personal trainer in his hometown of Franklin Square and is also working with the Yankees Strength Coach, Dana Cavalea and his company Major League Strength.
